1. PERFORMANCE & QUALITY

  • 1) MAJOR ELECTRIC PARTS USING DC 24V
    Unlike model using AC, there is no low performance by fluctuation of external electricity provided to the machine and much freer from static electricity.
    2) POWER SUPPLY SEPERATED FROM THE CONTROLLER
    The power supply has overload protective function to keep electrical parts safe from abnormal electrical input. And, most of all, it is an independent part separated from the controller.
    For other brands with the power supply built in the controller, the power supply is very small and gets easily out of order. And, every time the power supply is broken, the other brands have to change the whole controller resulting in big cost to the user.
    But, our model’s power supply is strong and durable. And, even if it is broken, the user needs to change just the controller. not the whole controller.
    3) CONTROLLER USING MYCOM INSTEAD OF PLC
    MYCOM carries out much more accurate performance than PLC.
    4) CONTROLLER NOT BOX TYPE
    This is good for radiating heat leading to better durability. Even so, of course, it has plastic shield screen to protect it.
    5) LOCATION OF SAFTEY SWITCH
    It is on the lower sponge bar resulting in more stable and solid performance.

2. CONVENIENCE & SAFETY

  • 1) COUNTER ABLE TO SET TARGET WORK CYCLE NO.
    Once the machine finishes the pre-set target work cycle no, there is alarm ring to tell it.
    2) BIG LCD SCREEN
    This is good for the user to see and control the operation and state of machine.

3. SAFETY

  • 1) KEY LOCK
    The user can lock the setting of controller to avoid wrong setting by others.
    2) WORK STOP BY AUTOMATIC PROGRAM
    (1) If there is no work for 60 sec after the nozzle moves forward in vacuum process, the nozzle moves backward.
    (2) If sealing bar's going up, going down or sealing is not completed even in 2 sec respectively, the operation stops.
    3) SATETY SENSOR
    When any finger or any foreign material is caught between sealing bars, the upper sealing bar goes up.
    4) BIG EMERGENCY SWITCH
    The user has no trouble in finding the emergency switch in emergency time.

4. MAINTENANCE

  • 1) AUTOMATIC CHECK OF MALFUNCTION.
    The cause of any malfunction is shown on LED screen.

    This is good for easy maintenance. That is, the user needs to just simply detach top cover to check and do maintenance for the inside parts of machine.
